- Store & order info: store branding, product designs you upload, customer orders placed through your store, and shipping details.

- Usage info: IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, and referral sources collected via cookies and similar technologies.
2. How We Use Information
- To operate your account, stores, and customer orders
- To produce and ship merchandise ordered through your store
- To send transactional emails (verification, receipts, order updates)
- To secure the Service and detect fraud
- To improve the Service and develop new features
- To comply with legal obligations
3. How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to run the Service:
- Service providers: payment processors, email delivery, hosting, analytics, and manufacturing partners — each bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Your team & customers: store owners see orders placed in their store; customers see only their own order details.
- Legal: where required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.
- Business transfers: if Pomp is acquired or merged, information may transfer to the successor entity subject to this Policy.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and analytical cookies to understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies via your browser; disabling essential cookies will prevent sign-in.
5. Data Retention
We retain account and order information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal, accounting, and tax obligations. You may request deletion by emailing us (see below).

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and restricted internal access. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage strong, unique passwords and enabling two-factor authentication when available.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. If we learn we've collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it.

Pomp operates in the United States and works with manufacturing partners in other countries. By using the Service, you consent to your information being processed in these jurisdictions.
